We are aware of issues with some customers on our email platform having issues with delayed delivery and bounce backs.

We have already found the root cause and fixed this issue. At this time we are monitoring email reputation for the server involved.

Once it's resolved completely and mail is flowing as normal we'll advise customers on this status.

We don't have a firm ETA on resolution but generally see improvements on outbound mail impacted like this after 24 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
