Its been brought to our attention some people are receiving an email claiming to be from VentraIP Australia specifically from the sender 'contact@sirolo.it' and possibly other similar addresses.

The email says:

We noticed a rejection of your account when we tried to charge the cost of the final renewal of your services. It's imperative to correct your attitude as soon as possible. If not, your entire service, including mailboxes, is disabled and can no longer be used to send and receive.


This is a fraudulent email and it should be reported as spam. Do not click any links or follow any steps it advises.

We are aware that more emails have been sent from alternative addresses, using the same phishing template described.

I encourage you to mark the mail as spam in all your inboxes, and also report the phishing URL as such via Google Safe Browsing at https://safebrowsing.google.com/safebrowsing/report_phish/?hl=en and Microsoft Security at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/support/report-unsafe-site-guest.

We have done this already but the more reports that are received the more quickly websites will be blocked by these tools.
