We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We have noticed that SMS notifications are now being sent and arriving. We are monitoring this to ensure that the SMS functionality returns.
We are aware of an issue with SMS notifications not sending currently. It seems to be an issue with our upstream provider, however our team are currently looking into the issue.
We will update this status once we have some additional information.
