We've now resolved the incident. Thanks for your patience.
We are experiencing connectivity issues with IMAP/POP to one of our Axigen servers.
This means that email software connecting via IMAP or POP will fail.
Our Senior Infrastructure Engineers are looking into this issue, and we will provide updates as they come.
