Restores are still underway on VPS services that have had critical failures.

Our Senior Infrastructure Administrators have managed to get almost all VPS services online that were affected.

Some VPS services may still be facing issues that are being investigated.

Recovering

Our Senior Infrastructure Administrators have identified the fault and are in the process is recovering the VPS services affected.

VPS services that were affected will start to come back online as work continues.

Data Centre technician has arrived at the DC. Troubleshooting is underway.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue where a VPS node has gone unexpectedly offline.

Our Senior Infrastructure Administrators are working hard to resolve this issue. We have our Data Centre technician en route to the Data Centre now for further investigations.
