The restores are still underway, some servers will finish up in the next ~30 minutes however some will take up to another 2 hours to restore. We're doing everything we can to speed up the restore process to have you all back online quickly.
The vendor is still investigating the issue, however we have started disaster recovery backups which we expect to take a few hours to fully restore. We sincerely apologise for this incredible inconvenience and are doing everything in our power to get your sites back online ASAP.
We currently have the hardware vendor investigating the issue, as it does appear to be a hardware failure that has caused this downtime.
