As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your support experience, we’ll be trialling updated phone support hours during the scheduled notice period. Phone support will be unavailable between 8pm and 8am AEST.

This change aims to improve LiveChat availability and reduce overall wait times across all available support channels.

Based on valuable feedback from the 2025 Customer Survey, the preferred phone support window is 8:00am to 8:00pm AEST.

You’ll continue to have access to LiveChat via our website and VIPcontrol, and eTickets can still be submitted as usual.
