SMS messages are now reaching the end users. This issue has now been resolved.

Investigating

Currently, customers are not able to receive SMS messages from VIPcontrol for Two Factor Authentication.

We have identified this is an issue with our upstream provider.

We have logged a ticket with the provider and awaiting for a response.

We ask customers to use email for 2FA during this outage.
