Our Infrastructure team has adjusted filtering rules to our servers in hopes of seeing improvement regarding this issue.

We can see emails are now sending as intended. We will continue to monitor this on our end.
We're presently looking into this issue stopping external senders hosted on Microsoft 365 email hosting not being able to send to our Shared Hosting mailbox users.
Emails will be rejected back to senders advising them of an IP block, this is not something we've applied directly from our end but is because Microsoft IP addresses have been added to this blacklisting service that our servers refer to they are being blocked.
We hope to have an update soon on what we can do to allow these to come through.
