Our SMS provider is currently experiencing issues with one of its upstream providers, which is affecting our systems' ability to send SMS to customers.
This will cause issues when you try to log in to VIPcontrol and wait for your SMS two-factor authentication code.
We are waiting for an update from our SMS provider at the moment. Once we have more information, we will update this status.
