Both servers are running smoothly after the critical hardware failure, we apologise for the inconvience caused due to this downtime.

c1s1-4m-mel is now back and operational. Our Infrastructure Administrators are still working on the server to make sure that it is stable, however all services should be back online.


We have successfully restored c1s1-3m-mel onto working hardware and are testing to confirm all systems are working correctly. c1s1-4m-mel is still undergoing repairs and a future update will be provided shortly.


We have identified hardware failure on the node and are actively working to bring the servers back online, our technicans are currently in the DC working on the issue.
